The second trip down the Cape Henry lighthouse stairs. I'm out of shape for sure but the kid was ready for another trip up.

Quick story:
I highly recommend a visit to the Cape Henry lighthouse, it is located within the Ft. Story military base. Therefore your car is thoroughly scrutinized, i.e searched, by the pleasant guards. You have to open all the doors, trunk, hood and then step out of the car. Sooooo, before we arrived at the gate, Alyssa and I decided to act the part of spies; and the guards were the bad guys. She took the part very seriously, never cracked a smile, just glaring at these dudes. I played the part of the charming spy, joking with the guards and chatting 'em up. Hilarious. Mission "Storm the Light" was a success.
